Is this HIPAA compliant?
WordPress + Reign alone is NOT HIPAA out of the box. You need a HIPAA-eligible host (KamatProj, HIPAA Vault), SSL + 2FA, and a BAA with each vendor. Talk to a HIPAA consultant before storing PHI.
Can sessions be recorded + gated?
Yes via WPMediaVerse + member tier restrictions. But recording therapy sessions requires explicit consent and most therapists do not.
What about EMR integration?
WordPress is not an EMR. Pair with a SimplePractice / Practice Better workflow for clinical records; use Reign only for the educational/community layer.
