Is this HIPAA compliant?
WordPress + Reign alone is NOT HIPAA out of the box. You need a HIPAA-eligible host (KamatProj, HIPAA Vault), SSL + 2FA, and a BAA with each vendor. Talk to a HIPAA consultant before storing PHI.
Can sessions be recorded + gated?
Yes, via MediaVerse (free to install) plus member tier restrictions. But recording therapy sessions requires explicit consent and most therapists do not.
What about EMR integration?
WordPress is not an EMR. Pair with a SimplePractice / Practice Better workflow for clinical records; use Reign only for the educational/community layer.
