What we collect
This is a product information site. We collect: (1) usage analytics through Google Analytics 4, which records pages viewed, approximate location by region, device and browser type; (2) anything you type into the contact form (name, email, subject, message); (3) your email address if you join a newsletter. We do not collect payment details on this domain; purchases happen on wbcomdesigns.com and are covered by its policies.
How the contact form works
Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (which may process technical signals about your browser to tell humans from bots) and delivered by our form service to the Wbcom Designs support mailbox. We use your message to reply to you and for nothing else. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use the minimum: Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage statistics and any technical cookies Cloudflare needs to protect the site. No advertising trackers are set by this site. You can block cookies in your browser and the site keeps working.
Retention
Contact messages stay in our support mailbox for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard rolling window. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe; every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@wbcomdesigns.com and we will act on the request promptly. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are the ones granted by the GDPR; we honor the same requests wherever you are.
Changes
