What is the support response time?
24 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri IST). Weekend tickets are picked up Monday morning.
What is included in support?
License activation, install troubleshooting, configuration questions, bug reports. Not included: custom CSS, custom development, child-theme work. For those, see the $699 setup packages.
How long does support last?
12 months from purchase. Renewable. License + access to updates continues whether you renew support or not - your installed copy keeps working.
Can you fix a bug for me?
Confirmed bugs we own get fixed in the next release. Triage takes ~48h, fix lands in the next release cycle (~2-4 weeks).
Can you help with hosting?
Recommendations yes, hands-on hosting setup no. We recommend Cloudways, Kinsta, or WP Engine for production. The $699 setup package includes a hosting walkthrough.
