How to choose between them.
The first question is what your sellers are actually selling. If it is services, bookings or work delivered by a person, WP Sell Services is ours, installs free, and is built for that shape: service listings, seller profiles and order requests rather than a product catalogue. Physical goods are a different job and need one of the WooCommerce-based engines below.
Dokan is the most widely used, with the most polished vendor dashboard and the largest add-on ecosystem, which makes it the safe default for a product marketplace. WCFM is the most configurable: if you have unusual commission structures, vendor membership tiers or B2B-style arrangements, it is usually the one that can express them, at the cost of more to configure. WC Vendors is the leanest of the three and suits smaller marketplaces that found the others heavier than they needed.
All three run on WooCommerce and Reign ships a matching add-on for each, plus dedicated WooCommerce styles underneath. Test whichever you pick with a real seller before recruiting more, because the vendor dashboard is what decides whether sellers keep using a marketplace, and that is not something you can judge from a feature list.
