Job board
A job board where employers post, candidates apply, and both take part in a community feed. WP Career Board runs the listings free. If your board already runs on WP Job Manager, the Reign WP Job Manager Addon styles the archive, single-job pages, and employer dashboards.
The Reign theme is the only thing you have to buy. See every plugin that installs free, or have us install the whole stack for $699.
Stack recipe
Buy the theme. Install our plugins free. The third-party engine and its Reign add-on are here for people already running that stack, not a second bill everyone pays.
Build it in 5 steps
Reign is $99 a year or $249 once for a single site, and it is the only purchase the board requires.
BuddyNext gives employers and candidates profiles, an activity feed, and messages at no cost, which is what separates a board from a list of links. Already on BuddyPress or BuddyBoss? Reign styles it, and the BuddyPress Community Bundle adds our Pro community plugins from $249 a year.
WP Career Board covers job listings, search and filters, and applications in the free version, styled by Reign out of the box. Pro adds employer dashboards, resumes, paid listings, and a hiring pipeline from $69 a year, which is exactly when the board starts earning.
Keep your listings where they are. The Reign WP Job Manager Addon ($39 a year for one site) styles the job archive and single-job pages, and WP Job Manager add-ons such as Applications, Resume Manager, and WC Paid Listings keep working as before.
An empty board never recovers. List 50 sample roles from public sources, approach 10 employers personally, and reach 100 listings before you promote it. Then turn on daily job alert emails so candidates come back without you posting anything.
Add these free
Same team builds the theme and the plugins, so these inherit the Reign design instead of needing custom CSS. The ones marked free install at no cost, and upgrades are sold per plugin, so nothing here needs a bundle.
Our own community engine: profiles, activity, groups, messages, notifications.
One-click import of 30+ demo sites. Free with Reign theme.
Free utility plugin bundling small enhancements for BP + Reign.
Daily check-ins build streaks + accountability.
Follow members + see their activity in a custom feed.
GIF integration in posts + comments.
Members rate + review groups. Helps surface active spaces.
Members rate + review each other. Trust signal for marketplaces.
See every plugin and what its free version does. Third-party tools such as LearnDash, Dokan, and MemberPress still fit where you already run them, and Reign styles those too.

It is ours, it installs free, and Reign styles it with no add-on in between. You can open a working board on the theme purchase alone and upgrade to Pro at $69 a year when you want employer dashboards, resumes, and paid listings.
Yes, and Reign styles it. It has the largest install base and the cleanest data model, plus a mature add-on ecosystem. If your board already runs on it, the Reign WP Job Manager Addon at $39 a year is the whole migration.
WP Career Board Pro sells paid listings directly. On the WP Job Manager path, WC Paid Listings turns each job post into a WooCommerce product so you can charge per listing, sell employer subscriptions, or both.
Reign at $99 a year or $249 lifetime, free plugins on top, and $69 a year for WP Career Board Pro when you need it. The WP Job Manager route adds a $39-a-year Reign add-on, or the JobMate Theme kit from $129 a year for the theme and add-on together.
