REIGN

The real Reign roadmap

Every category has a Wbcom plugin. Third-party support stays.

The in-house stack is in market, not on a wishlist. BuddyNext, Learnomy, Jetonomy, Eventonomy, Listora, WP Career Board, WP Sell Services, MediaVerse and WB Gamification have shipped and install free. Reign also keeps every third-party integration you already use - LearnDash, Dokan, BuddyPress, GeoDirectory, WP Job Manager, GamiPress, rtMedia, all of them - so you can pick either path or mix both on the same site.

The strategy in three frames

Today. Still true. The choice.

Today

Reign is the design layer and the features come from our own plugins, which install free: BuddyNext runs the community, Learnomy the courses, Jetonomy the forums and Q&A, Eventonomy the events, WP Career Board the jobs, Listora the directories, WP Sell Services the marketplace, MediaVerse the media, WB Gamification the points. The theme is the only thing you have to buy.

Still true

The third-party path is fully supported and is not going anywhere. Reign styles BuddyPress, BuddyBoss Platform and PeepSo, and 10 add-ons paint LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, Sensei, Dokan, WC Vendors, WCFM, WP Job Manager and GeoDirectory so each one looks native. Every existing Reign customer keeps every integration exactly as it is.

The choice

Per category, you decide: keep the third-party plugin you already know, or adopt the matching Wbcom plugin for tighter composition and single-team support. Most sites end up mixing both. Nothing in the roadmap forces a migration.

More in pipeline

The list keeps growing.

The 15 plugins above are the ones shipped or in active development. New Wbcom plugins ship based on what Reign customers actually request. If a category you need is not listed, send the Wbcom team a note via the contact form - real demand is what moves a category onto the build queue.

Third-party path stays supported on every category. Adopting a Wbcom-native plugin is always an opt-in choice, never a forced migration. Sites running LearnDash + Dokan + GamiPress + rtMedia today will continue to work with Reign + the existing add-ons exactly as they do now.

Why a Wbcom-native option exists

Three reasons. When the Wbcom path is the right pick.

1

Plugins composed together, not bolted together.

Run the Wbcom plugins together (BuddyNext + Learnomy + WB Gamification + MediaVerse) and they behave as one composition - the activity feed knows about course completions, the gamification engine knows about marketplace sales, all without bridge plugins. The third-party stack still works fine; native composition is a bonus when you opt in.

2

One bill, one team, one support inbox.

Customer reality with multiple third-party tools: separate licenses for LearnDash, Dokan, GeoDirectory, GamiPress, rtMedia - plus separate support queues. A Wbcom-native option for a category consolidates that category into one license + one support inbox the Wbcom team owns. You still keep the third-party tool if you prefer it - this is about offering a single-team alternative, not removing options.

3

Built for 2026+ scale.

The Wbcom stack is built ground-up for PHP 8.3, Cloudflare Workers edge caching, AVIF-first media, AI-ready hooks, and lazy-rendered activity patterns that matter past 10,000 active members. Customers happy on the third-party stack at smaller scale keep what they have; customers planning for big scale get a modern foundation without waiting for it.

Want to start on the Wbcom stack?

Nothing to wait for: buy the theme, install the free plugins, and the stack is running. Customers on the $699 setup package get it configured for them, and a swap-in at no extra cost when a plugin ships for a category they are still running third-party. Newsletter subscribers get a heads-up two weeks before each launch.
