CRM bridge

Reign + WP Fusion. CRM bridge integration.

WP Fusion bridges WordPress to 70+ CRMs + email platforms. Deep event mapping, 2-way sync.

Reign + WP Fusion when your community runs on WordPress but your business runs on Salesforce / HubSpot / ActiveCampaign. Member data syncs both directions.

How it works with Reign.

Reign ships no plugin-specific styles for WP Fusion, and does not need to: it is a bridge with no frontend of its own, it maps WordPress data onto a CRM in the background. There is no override layer to maintain and nothing to break when either side updates. Nothing WP Fusion does appears on your site directly, so there is nothing for the theme to style. Its value here is that it teaches your CRM about membership levels, course progress and community activity, which is otherwise the hard part of integrating the two.

When to use it.

Use WP Fusion when you have committed to a hosted CRM and need it to understand what happens on your site. It is the most complete bridge available and it supports our own plugins alongside the mainstream ones. If you have not chosen a CRM yet, running one inside WordPress removes the need for a bridge at all.

4 steps to ship.

1

Install WP Fusion ($247/yr).

2

Connect your CRM via API.

3

Map WordPress events to CRM tags + custom fields.

4

Test sync with a single member before bulk migration.

What to check once it is live.

Change something on a test account, a membership level, a course completion, a tag, and confirm it appears in the CRM within the expected window. Then do the reverse. Check the logs after the first day rather than the first minute, because sync failures tend to surface in bulk rather than immediately.

WP Fusion integration questions.

Which CRMs are supported?

ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, FluentCRM, ConvertKit, Drip, Klaviyo, Ontraport, and 60+ more. Most major platforms supported.

Do I need WP Fusion?

Only if your CRM lives outside WordPress and needs to know about membership levels, course completions or community activity. If your CRM runs inside WordPress it already reads that data directly, and a bridge is a moving part you do not need.

Does it work with your plugins?

WP Fusion maintains integrations across the common membership, LMS and community plugins. Check the current list for the specific combination you are running before you build a process on top of it, since integration coverage changes with releases on both sides.

Is there a free alternative?

Not one that covers the same ground. WP Fusion's value is the breadth of its integrations across membership, LMS and community plugins, and that breadth is the product. The genuine alternative is not using a bridge at all, by running your CRM inside WordPress where the data already lives.

Pick a bundled kit.

The Reign theme is $99/year or $249 lifetime and it is the only required purchase. Kits bundle it with the add-ons that style a third-party stack.
