Common questions.
What exactly is "1 round of revisions" - scope?
At Day 4 you review staging and send one revision list - covers: brand color tweaks, header/footer tweaks, homepage section rearrangement, custom field updates, demo content swaps, and any of the 9 add-ons or 10 kits if you change your mind. Out of scope: changing community platform mid-build (BuddyPress -> BuddyBoss), custom plugin development, or new pages we did not scope at kickoff. Those quote separately.
What happens day 31 - post-launch support details
Days 0-30: unlimited email support, 24h reply (IST business hours). Day 31+: same Wbcom support team via support@wbcomdesigns.com - first response 24-48h. Reign theme + kit updates are included via your license for 1 year. Critical bugs (site down, payment broken) get same-day reply forever - not gated on the 30-day window.
Can I upgrade to a different kit later?
Yes. Kit upgrade pricing is the standard tier price difference - so upgrading from a $129 kit to a $249 kit is $120 (no extra setup fee within the first 30 days). After 30 days, kit installation on existing site is quoted at $99 flat.
Can I pay 50% upfront and 50% on launch?
For the $699 package, Stripe collects upfront. For larger custom projects (multi-site or heavy custom dev), we can structure 50/50 - chat with us first.
Is the kit license included?
Yes. You pick the kit at kickoff and we include the Reign + kit license at the Personal tier (1 site). Upgrade to Pro / Agency available at standard tier price difference.
Do you migrate from another platform?
Migrations from Mighty, Circle, Skool, BuddyBoss, Facebook Group, Discord, Patreon, Discourse are documented at /migrate-to-reign-from/. Standard migration fits in the 5-day window for under 2k member communities. Larger migrations quoted separately.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund any time before kickoff. Once kickoff brief is returned, 50% non-refundable. Once staging is live, no refund - but we will iterate based on your brief.
