Install the Reign theme first, then WooCommerce and WCFM, then this add-on. It is a styling layer and does nothing without both sides present, which is the most common support question. There is nothing to configure: the add-on either finds the plugin and styles it, or it does not.
What the licence covers.
The licence covers updates and support for its term, and you keep the software if you let it lapse; what stops is updates and support, which on a site taking money is not something to let slide. - Does the licence cover more than one site?
