Running a community

Per-member fee

A per-member fee is a charge that grows with the number of members in a community.

Also called: per-seat pricing, per-user pricing

It looks cheap at the start and gets costly as you grow. Success makes the bill bigger.

Look for flat pricing and ask what happens to your costs at ten times your size.

Love this company

Love this company. Loved the REIGN product. They were there the entire time helping me set things up; and when things went wrong? They were quick to take action and help find a solution.
