Moderation queue

A moderation queue is a single list of reported or held content where moderators review each item and approve, remove or dismiss it.

Also called: report queue, review queue

Without a queue, reports get lost in inboxes and moderators answer whoever shouted loudest. A queue gives the team one place to work and a record of what was decided.

Look for who reported what, a reason, quick actions, and a note of which moderator acted. Queues should stay usable when hundreds of items pile up.
