Reputation

Reputation is a score that grows when a member's contributions are valued by others, and it can open up extra abilities.

Also called: karma, trust score

Reputation shows newcomers who to trust and gives helpful members a reason to keep helping.

Look for a score tied to real signals like votes and accepted answers, and abilities that arrive at sensible levels. A score that can be farmed loses meaning.
