Polls

A poll asks members a question with a fixed set of answers and shows how the group voted.

Also called: surveys, community polls

Polls are the easiest way to ask a community what it thinks. They bring in members who would not write a full post.

Look for single and multiple choice, closing dates, anonymity options and a result view that does not reveal early leaders unless you want it to.
