Paid membership plans

A paid membership plan charges members on a recurring or one-time basis in return for access to content, spaces or courses.

Also called: membership tiers, paid memberships

Plans turn a community into a business without ads. They also filter for members who care enough to pay, which usually improves the conversation.

Look for trials, upgrades and downgrades, clear renewal handling and a checkout through the gateway you already use. Check what happens to a member's access the day a payment fails.
