Hiring pipeline

A hiring pipeline is the set of stages an applicant moves through, from new to hired or rejected, usually shown as a board.

Also called: recruitment stages, applicant pipeline

A pipeline gives hiring a shared picture. Everyone can see where each candidate stands.

Look for drag-and-drop movement, notes on each candidate and stages you can rename.
