Marketplace commission

Marketplace commission is the share of each sale that the platform keeps before paying the seller.

Also called: platform fee, commission rate

Commission is how many marketplaces earn. Setting it fairly decides whether sellers stay.

Look for a global rate, per-seller overrides and, if you need it, rules that change with sales volume.

Marketplace commission on a Reign site

  • WP Sell Services Free plugin

WP Sell Services free includes global and per-vendor commission rates.

  • WP Sell Services Pro plan

WP Sell Services Pro adds tiered commission rules.

Our plugins are self-hosted: no per-member fee and no share of your sales. See free vs Pro for what each tier covers.
